Zwijndrecht - 2011
This 70s house looks rather ordinary. So the garden had to shine. At the front I put long mounds with ornamental grasses to make the artificial incline look less pronounced. The bungalow is now fully absorbed by the green slopes and radiates cosiness. Behind the house vast expanses of box neutralise the differences in level.
“The garden sparks your curiosity. Our grandchildren love to play hide-and-seek in it.”
